All colours require a skin test a minimum of 48 hours, if you have not had a colour with us in the last 6 months or have had any changes in medical conditions, , please contact us to book an appointment for your skin test. Without one unfortunately we won’t be able to carry out your colour appointment and you may still be charged!

We understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice to both cancel or reschedule.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment/s or 100% charge if cancelled on the day, this includes cancelling part of your booking.
100% charge throughout December for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
100% charge for no show bookings and you may be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure any future bookings.
We allow up to 15 minutes for late arrivals, if you arrive for your scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled completely and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled booking.
All cancelled, no shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored. If this occurs on a regular basis then we reserve the right to remove you from my database and no future bookings will be made.
We hope you can understand that running a business that has late cancellations and no shows affects our income immediately and there is not always a waiting list of people ready to snap up an appointment at such short notice.
